Barker
Barker is a town in Broome County, New York, USA. The population was 2,732 at the 2010 census. The town is named after John Barker, an early settler. It is notorious for handing out speeding tickets to students traveling to Ithaca College and Cornell University. The Town of Barker is on the east county line of the Broome County and is north of Binghamton.
