State Treasury
The State Treasury in Polish law represents the Polish state in certain legal aspects. It can be represented by various officials or institutions depending on circumstances. Historically, it was created in the Polish Kingdom in 1590, when the State Treasury was split from the Crown Treasury. In modern Poland, the State Treasury has its own ministry, the Ministry of State Treasury of the Republic of Poland.
