Overdrive is a song recorded by American singer and songwriter Katy Rose for her debut studio album, Because I Can. It was written by Rose and Kim Bullard, with the latter also producing the song. V2 Records released the song in the United States on October 21, 2003, as the album's first single. The song is best known for being featured on the soundtrack of the 2004 film Mean Girls.
