    This is wrong = walkie talkie means a pair of two way radio handsets in which a two way radio conversation takes place but only one person can speak at a time. The speaker controls the single channel whilst speaking and the other person listens, then he says .. OVER meaning I have finished you talk now.Then the other user can press the transmit button take over the channel and speak. The words OVER and OUT mean I have finished and I am disconnecting. = http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Walkie-talkie
