Komodo
Komodo is one of the 17,508 islands that make up the Republic of Indonesia. The island is particularly notable as the natural habitat of the Komodo dragon, the largest lizard on earth and consequently named after the island. Komodo Island has a surface area of 390 kmĀ² and a permanent population of over 2,000. The inhabitants of the island are descendants of former convicts who were exiled to the island and who have mixed with Bugis from Sulawesi. The population are primarily adherents of Islam but there are also Christian and Hindu congregations. Komodo is part of the Lesser Sunda chain of islands and forms part of the Komodo National Park. In addition, the island is a popular destination for diving. Administratively, it is part of the East Nusa Tenggara province.
Komodo
Komodo (Save A Soul) is a song by Italian trance producer Mauro Picotto. It was released in July 2000 as the fourth single from his album, The Album. The song had a great success in many countries and reached the top 10 in Austria, Germany, Ireland and Switzerland. It features samples from Deep Forest's Sweet Lullaby. The music video for the song features Mauro Picotto posing as a detective and travelling to stop a mysterious woman from killing men she meets.
